I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a beautiful view of the valley, and the modern decor added to the overall ambiance. However, having only 2 beds in the room could be a bit limiting. The hotel has a great location right in Santa Fe, which is convenient for shopping and dining, but it's a bit far from the city's main tourist attractions.

The staff always went above and beyond to make business travelers feel welcome. Despite a few hiccups, they apologized and tried to make things right, like waiving the parking fee. However, the mix-up with the hot water was a bit of an inconvenience.
